Not everyone has the time, or the desire, to spend hours on-line searching for a new home and certainly very few want to take on all of the tasks involved with selling a home themselves. We can help. That’s what we do. If you’ll provide us with just the little bit of information requested below we’ll get started helping you.

If you are looking for a home, We’ll call to discuss the things that you need/want in that new home. You can also go to the Search for a New Home page and click on the First TO Know icon to sign up for an automated search that will send you listings every time something new comes on the market that may fit your needs.

If you think you might want to sell, the first step is to establish a potential market price. We can get started on that with the address that you supply below. Click in the I want to Sell button. In order to get a more accurate market price estimate I’ll need to visit your home, but we can get started with just a data-driven market analysis and go from there. The point is to get started. There will be no pressure from me to list your home , if it doesn’t make sense to you. We will call you at the number that you supplied and set up an appointment to visit your home.
